Level 1:

Easy--flat terrain suitable for all ages and fitness

Level 2:

Moderate--some days flat, some days with moderate hills. Short daily distances of 15-25ml(24-40km). Suitable for most ages and degrees of fitness.

Level 3:

Strenuous--some days as in Level 2 but other longer days of 25ml-35ml(40-56km) with longer uphill rides. A moderate level of fitness is required.

Level 4:

Sporting--challenging routes with steep hills. A good level of fitness is required.
